The load times were between 6 and 11 seconds. Not perfect, to say the least, and it seems the more add-ons or features you add to the site, the more it chugs while loading. However, the biggest part of your site loads in around two or three seconds. For the user, it feels way faster.
Overall, though, Wix is a good option unless you want something extremely simple. In that case, I’ll be honest, there are better options. But now, let’s see how to build a Wix website with my step-by-step Wix tutorial. Account creation is nothing out of the ordinary.

You see, it allows you to add whatever individual things you like wherever you want to. For instance, you can add a random shape or a text box and place it anywhere on the website. Don’t be afraid to play around with it. You can always just CTRL Z your way back,

You will have to set up search engine optimization. For many users, this is very confusing, but SEO is an important part of any website, so don’t get scared. It’s easier to set up than you might think, as there is a Wix SEO Wizard for that.

The free plan is very limited by having only 500 megabytes of storage. Besides, your website will be hosted on a subdomain. Maybe some of you can live with that, but in the long term, you will probably need more Wix tools than the free version can offer.
The light plan is the most basic besides the free one. I would only recommend it if you don’t need much storage space and just want a simple landing page or a small blog. Like all other plans, it has a free domain for a year. The core plan offers more,
Way more storage space and includes basic site analytics as well as basic e-commerce. But the plan that gives the most value for your money has to be the business plan. The price barely changes from the core plan, and you get double the storage space and number of collaborators.
