accounts tab then click the email icon
enter the email address you want to
configure and its password

enter a display name for your sent
messages
then click here to manually configure
your server settings click Next

next we have to configure our server
settings ensure IMAP is selected as the
server type then enter the incoming
server address here
leave clear text selected as the
authentication type then enter the full
email address as your username here
next enter the outgoing server address
here
check here to require authentication
then click Next
