How to Pay an Invoice with a Credit Card
Step 1: Access Your HostPapa Dashboard
Before you can pay an invoice with a credit card, you need to make sure you are logged in to your HostPapa dashboard. If you are not logged in, please do so now by entering your username and password. Once you are logged in, you will be able to access various features and tools provided by HostPapa.
Step 2: Click on the My Billing Tab
To pay an invoice with a credit card, you need to click on the "My Billing" tab. This tab allows you to view and manage your invoices, payments, and billing information. You can find the "My Billing" tab on the top menu of your HostPapa dashboard.
Step 3: Locate the Invoice You Wish to Pay
Once you are on the "My Billing" tab, you will see a list of your invoices. Locate the dates and amounts of each invoice, and click on the one you wish to pay. This will open the invoice details page, which displays the invoice number, date, amount, and payment status.
Step 4: Select the Payment Type
On the invoice details page, you will see a dropdown menu next to the "Pay" icon. This dropdown menu allows you to select the payment type for your invoice. To pay with a credit card, select "Credit Card" from the dropdown menu.
Step 5: Add or Select a Credit Card (If Necessary)
If you have not added a credit card in the Payment Methods tab, you will need to complete the credit card form before you can make a payment. To add a credit card, click on the link provided and fill in the required information. If you have already added a credit card in the Payment Methods tab, your default credit card will be automatically selected.
Step 6: Change Default Credit Card (If Necessary)
If you want to change your default credit card, you can do so by clicking on the link provided. This will take you to the Payment Methods tab, where you can select a new credit card as your default.
Step 7: Make the Payment
Once you have selected your selected your payment type and credit card (if necessary), click on the "Pay Invoice" button to make the payment. Once the payment is processed, you will see a confirmation message indicating that the payment has been made.
Step 8: Verify Payment Status
After making the payment, you can verify the payment status by going back to the invoice details page. You should see that the payment status has changed to "Paid" and the date and time of the payment are recorded.
