HostPapa Dashboard: How to add, edit or delete users

How to add, edit or delete users on your account This video assumes that you are already logged in to your HostPapa dashboard. Adjustments to your users are all completed in your My Profile tab. Click the My Profile tab. Click Manage Users. The default is to add a new contact.
If you are adding a new contact, complete the information on the form and set the permission level as required, or by selecting from a pre-defined permission level. Click Save to finish creating the new user. The new user will receive an email to the address that you used.
If you want to edit a user, simply select their name from the drop down user list. Change the details as needed. Need to delete a user? It’s as simple as selecting their name from the drop down user list. Then just click Delete. That’s it!
