Tutorial Hosting

Hello Everyone! This is Media Akash and Welcome to My Video

In this video, I will be showing you how to install WordPress on your domain from the Ionos control panel. To do that, you will need to follow these steps.

Step 1: Get an Account with Ionos

The first step is to get an account with Ionos. If you don’t have an account yet, you can sign up for one on their website. Once you have created your account, you can log in to your account and access the Ionos dashboard.

Step 2: Access the Ionos Dashboard

Once you are logged in to your account, you will see the Ionos dashboard. From here, you need to hover your mouse over the menu and click on "Website and Store".

Step 3: Create a New Website or Store

From the "Website and Store" menu, you will see a button that says "Create New Website or Store". Click on this button to proceed to proceed.

Step 4: Select the Professional Solution

On the next page, you will see two options: the easy-to-use website builder and the professional solution. For this tutorial, we will select the professional solution as it offers more flexibility.

Step 5: Choose the Content Management System (CMS)

From the professional solution page, you will see three tabs. Click on the tab that says "CMS" and select WordPress as your CMS.

Step 6: Give Your Website a Title

On the next page, you will need to give your website a title. For this tutorial, I will be using the title "New Website". Fill in the title and click on the "Create Website" button.

Step 7: Create a User for Your Website

Once you have created your website, you will be taken to a page where you need to create a user for your website. Fill in the username and password fields, making sure to choose a username and password that you will remember. This is important as you will need to log in to your WordPress dashboard with these credentials.

Step 8: Select the Domain

On the next page, you will need to select the domain on which you want to install WordPress. For this tutorial, I will be selecting the domain "demo".

Step 9: Assign Domain

Once you have selected your domain, click on the "Assign Domain" button to proceed.

Step 10: Wait for the Installation to Complete

The installation process may take a few moments to complete. Once it is complete, you will see a green notification that says "Congratulations, your new website is online".

Step 11: View Your Website

To view your website, you can click on the domain link or type in the URL. You will see that the WordPress installation has been completed successfully.

Step 12: Log In to Your WordPress Dashboard

To log in to your WordPress dashboard, you need to type in the URL followed by "/wp-admin" and then log in with your username and password.

Step 13: Configure WordPress Installation

Once you are logged in to your WordPress dashboard, you may see a welcome page offered by Ionos. Click on the button that says "I want to configure WordPress installation myself" to proceed.

Step 14: Skip Optional Plugins

You may see a page that suggests installing additional plugins. You can skip this step or install the plugins if you need them.

Step 15: You are Now on Your WordPress Dashboard

Congratulations! You are now on your WordPress dashboard, where you can start creating your website.

Conclusion
