hello and welcome to learn wire I’m
going to be doing a site ground hosting
review let’s jump in so this has been my
hosting of choice for the last at least
two years now I’ve tried them all
Bluehost
HostGator A2 hosting to name a few and I
landed on site ground and at the end of
the day it’s a little bit more expensive
but I find that the speed is really good
and the customer service is really good
and the interface of just getting things
done is really good and then also
getting your SSL certificates for your
new websites that you want to host is
really literally the click of a button
you push a button and then it’s just
done siteground does it all free for you
you don’t have to go mess with
cloudflare and do all these third-party
things and over complicate everything
they do the SSL for you
um right away and so there’s just some
things for ease of use I give it a 10
out of 10. siteground has definitely
been my choice for hosting so I decided
that I would do a review on the products
that I’m actually using in my business
I’m going to also put together a process
flow or workflow of just all of the main
toolkit that I use from going and
researching a keyword to coming up with
the domain idea where I buy the domain
then where I host it obviously it’s
going to be siteground and then you know
what theme I would put on there what
tools I would use to in order to create
content and optimize that content and
then where I would go and get back wings
from so the whole enchilada but for now
let’s focus on siteground and they offer
all kinds of different hosting so we
hover over hosting you’ll see that they
have web hosting and WordPress hosting
and I believe that those are basically
the same thing even I mean I guess
WordPress hosting they’re just it’s kind
of like 40 of the web something like
that uses WordPress so they’re going to
be typing in WordPress and this is just
um this is hosting’s kind of way of
trying to rank their websites for and
provide WordPress hosting but at the end
of the day you’re going to get the same
hosting I’m almost willing to bet these
two are the exact same price web hosting
and WordPress hosting it’s just shared
hosting you’re going to be sharing with
a few other people on your private
server it’s not a bad thing but once you
start getting about 40 or 50 000
visitors a month to a site you probably
want to move it over to Cloud hosting or
you want to up this and get your own
private server I’m not going to go too
much into that in this video but
uh you definitely when you’re just
getting started and you have some
starter websites and you want to test
the waters with several different niches
though these two over here will work
just fine web hosting and WordPress
hosting and then you have your
woocommerce hosting which is going to be
basically the same thing as well the the
when it really steps up and it changes
is when you have reseller hosting when
you’re going to resell this as your own
business and sell hosting to people and
you’re going to siteground actually do
the hosting for you and your clients and
then Cloud hosting so really you have
shared hosting and you have Cloud
hosting for the most part Cloud hosting
is going to be a lot more expensive
let’s go and look at the plans so we

plans and I’ll tell you a little bit
about my experience right so
um I believe I’m not sure if I even
started on the startup or not I might
have started on this no because I had
more websites and I already knew that
there’s no way I was going to only have
one website
so I started off on the grow plan
and it might have been 3.99 at the time
a couple years ago something like that
but needless to say your first year that
you buy is really good because you’re
gonna spend like today 4.99 right let’s
get out of calculator it’s going to be
four dollars and 99 cents times 12
months right so you’re gonna pay sixty
dollars for the year or if you buy it
for two years about a hundred twenty
dollars but here’s the thing you’ve got
to realize is that this hosting that
you’re paying for and getting this
amazing discount on and I recommend
going with the grow plan the grow big
plan and that’s what I’m I’m currently
on
um you’re gonna the actual price when it
renews is going to be
24.99 right so
24.99 times 12 and this is what your
bill is going to be after
your first year you’re going to get
that’s like a 300 bill so you just need
to write that down on your calendar make
sure that you’re prepared for it make
sure you have the the budget for it but
um it this is better and I’ve said this
before in a few of my videos this is
better hosting than what you’re going to
get with HostGator and uh Bluehost and
all the places that everyone’s sending
you to this is um I consider this a step
up a notch up it’s not going to be
cloudways and so forth like there’s some
other places we can go that are even
better but they’re going to be a lot
more expensive we’re talking 50 a month
so twice as expensive you’re gonna need
to spend at least 600 a year on hosting
so this is the best middle ground you’re
gonna get some really good you’re gonna
be able to rank your websites and
everything with siteground okay now this
is the plans that you’re going to want
to go with I recommend going with the
grow big plan because you’re going to
get unlimited websites right you’re
gonna get 20 Gigabytes of web space
um and this is for a hundred thousand
visitors and that is the proximate
estimate of the maximum of website
visits that can be handled by the
hosting plan for for all your sites
right so you want to keep track of all
your sites if you have a site that’s
getting 50 000 and then you have another
site with 30 000 visits and then another
site with thirty thousand you’re already
over the hundred thousand range and
you’re gonna need to up your plan right
you would need to up to the Go Geek area
so you can read about all this different
stuff that you’re going to have over
here one of my favorite features is just
how fasted and easy it is to set up a
site and then the free SSL is really
really cool and then there’s also I have
done the um WP migrator and um one time
before that worked seamlessly it worked
fine we have WordPress auto updates you
have free WordPress installation and
then they also have a do they have it
listed over here because they have their
enhanced security and they have their
own
um thing that kind of their own tool
that keeps your site safe and running
fast as well you can choose to use that
or turn it off as well so that is the
basic pricing if we come back over here
and we go up to hosting and then you
want to go and look at their Cloud
hosting this is where they’re going to
compete with places like cloudways and
you can just use siteground
to really take it to that next level
like a hundred dollars a month right
here four CPU cores eight gigabyte
memory for 40 gigabytes SSD space a five
terabyte deck so they’re going to do all
that you’re going to have your basically
own super computer that’s going to be
hosting your website for you I’m not
sure how much
um traffic it’s uh recommending for each
one of these but just remember just know
that this is really going to get you to
that next level when you’re having
hundreds of thousands of visitors a
month you’re going to need a plan like
this the cloud hosting okay so let me go
log in and show you what it looks like
in the inside all right so once you log
in this will be your dashboard they’ve
got a really nice site nice clean
website it always works nothing’s out of
date they have some really nice and
actually right now is a great time to
sign up looks like they’re running 80
off uh plan upgrades so if you wanted to
upgrade into a plan start off on one of
the lower plans and then upgrade right
now I could upgrade to the Go Geek for
80 off but remember it’s going to be for
just a year and then you’re gonna have
the regular pricing after that so you
want to keep that in mind okay but like
over here we have featured videos client
area and site tools I was checking this
out yesterday they’re all um really
short videos but so that’s pretty cool
I’ll show you the other one WordPress

featured uh tutorial videos but they
have a bunch of different stuff you can
transfer your domains over here prevent
unauthorized access to your account
check your site for malware back up your
site before you make any changes
um you know they just have a whole
Community blog posts all kinds of stuff
you can get on with support if you need
to I’m going to block out the websites
on this but I’m going to go and click on
websites once you click on websites it’s
going to show you your list of all the
websites that you have and I’m looking
at one two three four five six seven

13. I have 13 websites um hosted with
them right now okay
it’s so easy to add a new website you’re
just going to come over here and you’re
going to say new website you’re going to
click on that and it’s going to walk you
through do you have a brand new domain
an existing domain or a temporary domain
so new domain if you just went and
registered it you’re going to go and if
you already pointed it over here to the
uh changed your domain name records then
you’ll be able to put that in here it’ll
find it and then it’s literally seamless
okay so you’re going to easily be able
to go and set up your account here and
then push install to go and get your
WordPress a really really easy stuff

just showing you the pricing showing you
uh telling you about my experience
showing you that I do have 13 what was
it 13 sites hosted with siteground and
this is the easiest for definitely for
beginners too I’d recommend siteground
you’re not going to get lost in their
website or their dashboard it’s just the
most seamless
um
seamless hosting that I’ve ever used and
then along with it’s just a huge added
bonus that they also have amazing
support so I’m going to go and show but

go to websites I’m going to click on one
real quick I can show you this one auto

this one because I did that in a case
study I don’t mind sharing this website
with you guys so we can go a WordPress
admin all site options I’m going to go
site tools and then it opens up this
dashboard and this is kind of like what
you guys would be used to with like a
cpanel and such this is where you’re
going to be able to um create your email
accounts file manager site scanner
install and manage WordPress just get
all kinds of different activity
um this is we’re gonna go over this is
we’re going to be able to manage FTP
accounts my sequel all kinds of good
stuff right security
SSL manager so this is where that button
is where you literally just click a
button and then you have an SSL easily
in you can enforce the https right here
and then it’s just done it’s just the
coolest easiest way I’ve ever used an
SSL to install an SSL so that’s my
favorite part that’s literally my
favorite part about siteground
is the speed of the site of course and
it’s um I’ve never logged in and seen my
sites I’ve never seen my sites down
there it’s like uh I’ve experienced 100
uptime which is amazing when I was with
some of those other places it was really
bad I mean literally 20 of the time I
would want I would go to check my sites
and they would be down and I had to find
something better and siteground I’ve
been with them for two strong years or
more it might even be longer than that
and I’ve had really good experience
speed WordPress email all kinds of good
stuff more statistics we can go and look
at statistics and traffic over here
specific audience just all every stat
you can you would look for
um in here as well okay so this is like
this dashboard that you can go and do
anything you want to your site and come
back so that is a siteground if you want
to go and sign up they’re running really
good deals right now sign up for the low
plan if you want and then come back and
upgrade your plan for 80 off if you
decide you really like siteground just
go ahead and upgrade I will have a link

solid hosting that’s a medium pricing
it’s not going to be Bluehost HostGator
type pricing where you get you know one
two or three dollars a month it’s going
to be more expensive but the quality is
way way better I I’m saying it’s more
than twice as good as those ones and
you’re going to get good support you’re
going to have 99 percent up to 100
uptime and those other places promised
that but I didn’t experience 99.9 uptime
ever so uh siteground I definitely vouch
for this is my hosting provider and I
just wanted to let you guys know that
