However, we think Bluehost does a damn good job providing a great product with great service and a great price. The analysis has shown that BlueHost's web hosting services are extremely robust and server-side errors appear to occur very rarely. Your website can load in less than a second when powered by BlueHost, which is of course a very reasonable loading time. Our testing of the Bluehost network confirmed these claims and overall we were very impressed with the performance of the Bluehost sites we tested on. If you would like to contact Bluehost regarding a technical or billing query, we recommend that you do so via the live chat service as we have found this to be the most efficient. In our testing of Bluehost support, we found that the email support is substandard. It could have just been bad luck, but we waited a few days for a disappointing support response. However, the telephone support was very good and we recommend taking advantage of it. Bluehost is another company that uses the term “unlimited” in its hosting packages. Customers should be cautioned not to let this influence their purchase decision too much because, as I pointed out in a previous video, the term “unlimited” doesn’t actually mean that much. It's worth reading through the terms and conditions to find out what they really mean. Bluehost currently offers a free domain with its hosting plans, as well as a range of free services such as an anti-spam filter, $150 in advertising credits, and 24/7 support. They also offer a money-back guarantee if you request a refund within 30 days. Another interesting service they offer is something they call “Quick Start” – one-on-one training with a Bluehost representative to help new customers get started with their service. This costs $79.99 but is worth it for someone who is really struggling with the setup process.
