How to open a support ticket
This video assumes that you are already logged
in to your HostPapa dashboard.
To open a new support ticket, click the My
Support tab.
Click Open new ticket.
Complete the information.
Make the subject a brief description of the
problem or question that you have, and include
further details in the ticket details area.
Select the department that is best suited
to your problem from the department dropdown
list.
If you are not sure which department to use,
select Sales as the department and we will
internally direct it to the correct area.
If needed, add an attachment by clicking the
choose file button and navigating to the desired
file. You can add up to 5 attachments and
the maximum file size for each attachment
is 10 megabytes.
When you have completed the form, click the
Submit button.
One of our customer care representatives will
get back to you as soon as possible to answer
your question or deal with your issue.
