you can click on the name in the from
column or in the subject column to open
an email
let’s open an email message now this is
the email we chose to open we can open
the next email by clicking here
let’s go back to the listing of emails
click here it is also possible to mark
an email you’ve already seen or read as
unseen or unread let’s go ahead and do
that now
click the checkbox next to the email we
opened click here and select unseen as
we can see the email is highlighted once
again meaning it is unseen
