How to update your domain contact info This video assumes that you are already logged in to your HostPapa dashboard. Click the My Domains tab. If you have more than one domain, click the domain you wish to edit the contact info for. Click the Lock tab.
If the domain supports locking and unlocking, unlock your domain. Click the Contacts tab. Update the contact information for the Registrant tab – if you want the information to be the same for Admin, Billing, and Technical, check the “Update contact information for all contact types“ box.
All items marked with an asterisk are required fields. Click Update when you’re finished, and if necessary, move on to updating the contact information for the Admin, Billing, and Technical tabs. If you unlocked your domain name, be sure to click the Lock tab and lock your domain again.
